Product Description: Diced Dates with Brown Rice Flour are prepared from macerated, California dates. Dates are diced into relatively uniform 3/8-inch cubes and lightly coated with brown rice flour to keep the date pieces separate and free-flowing. Diced dates have a high natural sugar content and excellent sweet flavor.
Intended Use: Easy-to-handle, naturally sweet, ingredient in cereals and in baked products such as cakes, breads, muffins, pies and cookies.
